At NAILSOULA, we believe beauty should feel empowering — not frustrating. If your press-on nails don’t give you that confident, queen-level energy you expected, we’ll make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that finding your perfect set may take a little trial and adjustment. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@nailsoula.com. If the issue is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

We’ll take care of the rest. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All products, tool kits, and gifts must be included.
  • A proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method (non-trackable returns will not be processed).
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid issues.
  • IMPORTANT: Do NOT send returns to the address on the original package. This is not our return facility and may delay or prevent processing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@nailsoula.com within 24 hours.
We will respond within 1 business day and, once confirmed, we will cover all costs to resolve the issue.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
We stand behind our quality — and we’ve got you covered. Your nails are protected by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If any nails are damaged within this period:

  • 1 nail: Free replacement.
  • 2 or more nails: $5 per nail.

To support sustainability, replacement nails will be shipped together with your next order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Because each set is made to order, please double-check your:  SIZES / SIZE DETAILS, before placing your order.
Production typically begins within 24 hours after payment.
Canceled within 24 hours: Full refund
After 24 hours: 30% fee applies (materials & labor)

REFUNDS

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Orders already in production: A 30% fee will be deducted before refund.
  • Returned items: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nailsoula.com.
