All of our press-on nails are handcrafted to ensure premium quality while minimizing waste.Please allow 3–6 business days for processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
To estimate your delivery date, please add the processing time to the shipping time.Kindly make sure you have sufficient time to wait before placing your order.

- If your country/region is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@nailsoula.com, and we will add your destination to our shipping list.
- Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Orders shipped to these addresses must use standard shipping.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. NAILSOULA is not responsible for delays after shipment. While delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
DUTIES & TAXES
All prices include international duties and taxes, so you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders are fully trackable. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates may only become available once the package arrives in the destination country. For more details, please visit: Track My Order
UNDELIVERED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Due to factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee final delivery times or prevent occasional lost shipments. However, we will assist you in tracking your package and provide contact information for your local postal service.
- If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@nailsoula.com. We will remake and reship your order free of charge.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NAILSOULA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that you:
Choose a secure delivery location or request a signature upon delivery;
Check with neighbors, family members, or property management;
Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
